90 Day Return Policy
We know you'll love your Cisco Home Networking product. In fact, we guarantee it. If you are not completely satisfied with any Cisco branded new hardware product you buy from the Cisco Home Products Store, return it within 90 days of receipt for a full refund (not including shipping costs).
To return a product for refurnd, go to your My Account page at the Cisco Home Products Store or call 877-959-7467 within the following time periods after delivery of the product:
- Cisco branded hardware (excluding Cisco umi telepresence) (new): 90 days
- Cisco branded hardware (refurbished): 30 days
- Non-Cisco branded hardware: 30 days
- Software: 30 days
We apologize that physically damaged items cannot be accepted for return.
